The rooms are designed to provide many of the comforts of home, with facilities such as hotpots, refrigerators and individually controlled air conditioners standard across the two levels of room - Studio and Deluxe. Both levels of room offer multilingual cable television for international visitors. Security is not an issue, with a keycard controlled access system and an in-room safe in every room. Patients' support people can also keep in touch with work and family in their home country from the convenience of their room, with Internet access in every suite.

Deluxe suites offer greater space than Studio rooms, with a 50 sq m floor area as opposed to 25 sq m. This floor space is utilized for a living area. Deluxe rooms include a microwave oven, as well as a bath, where Studio rooms incorporate just a shower.
